For example, (1) there are always inherent flaws with technology, (2) we haven’t entered into a formal relationship where you have provided informed consent for services, (3) we have not had the opportunity to explain other privacy and legal considerations, and (4) there are times, such as when people or animals are at risk, that we need to reach out to other helpers for assistance.
