As we wrap up 2025, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Not the generic corporate kind, but the real kind. To every client who trusted us with their story, their healing, and their growth. You showed up, you did the work, and you've made all of this worthwhile.

This year, we've had the privilege of supporting folks who were ready to reconnect with themselves and each other. We watched couples rebuild emotional connection through small daily practices. We saw clients reconnect with their bodies through somatic work and outdoor EMDR sessions, discovering that wisdom doesn't just live in our heads. We walked alongside people working through trauma, offering evidence-based tools and a space where healing could actually happen, rain or shine.

We expanded our Cochrane location, deepened our somatic approach, and continued championing what we believe in: that therapy doesn't have to look like the traditional 50-minute session in a quiet office if that doesn't work for you. That outdoor walk-and-talk sessions matter. That your nervous system has things to teach you. That attachment and connection are the real healing agents.

OBP Team 2025

Our team at OBP has been incredible partners in this work. Their commitment to authentic, evidence-based, innovative therapy kept us grounded and moving forward, even on the tough days.

Your Turn to Reflect

We know that some of the most powerful healing happens when you pause and look at your own story. That's why we've created a simple End of Year Reflection Worksheet for you to use as we transition into 2026. Whether you're working through therapy with us or on your own journey, taking time to notice what you're grateful for, what challenged you, and what you're hoping for next year matters. Download it, grab a pen, find a quiet spot (or a sunny one), and reflect. No pressure, no judgment, just space to see how far you've come.

So here's to 2025: a year of real conversations, real progress, and real connection. We can't wait to see what 2026 brings.

Thank you for being part of our story. You matter more than you know.

Warmly, The OBP Team.
